Ground Transportation From Reno-Tahoe Airport

North Lake Tahoe Express offers conference participants discounted rates for transportation from Reno airport (RNO) to The Village at Squaw Valley and back. There is a schedule for shuttle departures. Note that bigger groups (two or more) reserving a trip together will get a significant additional discount. For example, for a single person "group" the round trip price is $75 US dollars ($40 one way). For a 2 person group the total price is $110 US dollars round trip ($75 one way).

1. Log in to the reservations webpage with reseller code "LATTICE" and click "Schedule Trips".
2. Choose pick-up location "Reno - Tahoe Airport"
3. Choose destination "The Village at Squaw Valley" from the first column
   (route #1, red line)
4. Choose travel dates and the number of passengers, do not forget to enter code "LATTICE".
5. Choose departure time and round trip/one way and proceed with the reservation.

1. Take US-395 N toward I-80/Reno/Sparks/Truckee
2. Take exit 68 to merge onto I-80 W toward Sacramento
3. Take exit 185 for California 89 toward Lake Tahoe
4. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto CA-89 S
5. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on CA-89 S
6. Turn right at Squaw Valley Rd

From San Francisco Intl. Airport (SFO): 207 miles

1. Take US-101 N
2. Take slight right at I-80 E (signs for Bay Bridge/Oakland) – Partial toll road
3. Take exit 185 for CA-89 S toward Lake Tahoe
4. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto CA-89 S
5. Turn right at Squaw Valley Rd

From Sacramento Intl. Airport (SMF): 117 miles

1. Head northwest on Airport Blvd toward Earhart Dr
2. Continue onto Earhart Dr
3. Slight right to stay on Earhart Dr

5. Keep left at the fork
6. Take the ramp onto I-5 S
