Accommodations
The accommodations deadline is now passed and the Village at Squaw Valley is completely booked.
It is possible that spots may open at the Village at Squaw Valley or the other Village hotels below
because of cancelations and you may want to check (preferred way would be by phone).
If you have not made reservations yet here are some of the options:
There are two more hotels inside the Village and they are at the same distance to the conference rooms (about 2 minute walk).
Both are nearly booked as well so we urge you to reserve asap.
At this point it is best if your reserved by phone. When calling mention that you are with the Lattice 2011 conference group.
It is the night of Friday July 15 that is a problem because of summer vacationers.
Therefore, if you can not find a room for the full period you could reserve for Sunday to Thursday and for Friday night stay
with a friend or book accommodations outside the Village.

The information below the line is now obsolete since the Village at Squaw Valley is fully booked. However, we have kept it for reference.
The Village at Squaw Valley has reserved a block of rooms for Lattice 2011.
Reserve as early as possible to ensure that you get the group rate. Once the block of rooms is filled the prices will be higher. Do not wait until the deadline. The deadline for the Lattice 2011 room block is May 17.

NOTE BEFORE YOU RESERVE:
- The most popular option is "Private room with Private Bathroom in a 2 Bedroom suite" for $104 USD + 2% Village assessment fee + 10% tax.
Attention: This option is called "Two Bedroom Suite" on the Village at Squaw Valley reservation page. Please read the description of this option there and on the table below. Also, the email receipt that you will receive will indicate that your "Room Type" is a 2 Bedroom. This is the code name the Village at Squaw Valley uses for the "Private Room with Private Bathroom in a 2 Bedroom suite" option.

Pre/Post Group Rates
The Village at Squaw Valley USA will extend rooms (on a space available basis) at the group rate to your attendees two days before or after the group's scheduled stay.
Check-in/Check-out/
Change Rooms
Our Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We are not able to confirm room availability until that time. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Luggage storage may be arranged for early arrivals or late departures.
Early Departures
Guests will be charged the full balance of their reservation if they check out before confirmed departure date.
Splitting Room Charges
The Village at Squaw Valley USA will only assign room pairings for those booking "Private room with private bathroom".
If your group attendees will pay for their own rooms, tax and incidentals, AND are sharing condominiums, the following must be considered:
The Village at Squaw Valley USA is unable to divide certain charges (telephone calls, restaurant charges, incidentals etc.) It is the responsibility of the individual whose name appears on the reservation folio to finalize all charges amongst the occupants BEFORE checkout.
Deposits and Cancelations
All individual reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax. Cancellations within two Weeks of arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
