Registration
Early registration deadline is May 31, 2011.
The registration fee includes participation to the conference, welcome reception light buffet, poster session light buffet, conference banquette dinner at High Camp & gondola ticket, as well as snack breaks between sessions. It does not include other meals or an excursion.
The Standard Registration Fee is $480 US Dollars.
The Student Registration Fee* is $290 US Dollars.
Late Registration Fee is $580 US Dollars for standard and student registrants.
The Accompanying Person Fee is $145 US Dollars and it includes welcome reception light buffet and conference banquette dinner at High Camp & gondola ticket.
The Registration Fee is payable by credit card or wire transfer.
*If you are a student you will need a code to be able to register at the student price.
To receive your personal code please send an email to Professor James Hetrick at jhetrick@pacific.edu with Subject: Student Registrant
In the body of the email indicate:
Professor Hetrick will then email you your personal code.
- that you are a student
- give the name and address of your institution
- give the name and email of your advisor
- your student year (for example 3d Ph.D. Year)
